Hi guys- I’m finally felt ready to share my weight loss journey with you all. Today I’m telling you everything from how I stopped binging and lost 35 lbs. to my eating disorder, extreme dieting and over exercising + orthorexia – and lastly how I finally found balance, stopped dieting for good and now have my healthiest, most fit body and more importantly mindset today!

I’m nervous to share but hoping it will help anyone going through what I went through. If you are suffering from an eating disorder please get help and know you are worth it. I’m here for you!
